Warning Message:A Winter Weather Advisory above 1000 feet for snow remains in
effect until 5 am PST Wednesday.
* Timing...through tonight.
* Accumulation/snow levels...two to four inches by early Wednesday
  morning. The snow level however between 800 and 1000 feet most
  of the night...then slowly rise back to 1500 feet by daybreak
  Wednesday.
